Oh Snappy Day!

When Logan’s mom got in touch to schedule his Senior Session, all I knew about him was that he played lacrosse, wanted his car in the shoot, and that I took his brother’s senior pics a couple years ago. After about 2 minutes of shooting, I realized she failed to mention what a natural he is in front of the camera! He was such a trooper to try everything I asked of him, and gave me so much to work with. All the best to you, Logan. UT won’t know what hit it!

When Nick + Victoria contacted me about shooting their engagement, they originally wanted a nature backdrop for the shoot. I love a nature shoot, but boy am I glad they changed their minds a week later, because I loved what we were able to capture downtown. It definitely suited them more.

After getting engaged in the Bahamas, they will be returning there next year for their wedding as well. I can only imagine what a beautiful bride Victoria will be. Um guys, you know I travel, right? I’m just sayin’…

It was really hard to choose which pics to blog, there were so many I loved.

Life has come between me and blogging again, but I had to hop back on the wagon to post this particular session. The Astons are a beautiful family, inside and out, and I enjoyed spending an hour with them, their gorgeous baby and their intrepid pirate hunter…










Lisa, you are one hot mama!

Those of us in south Tejas are currently caught in between Winter and Spring-like weather which seems to oscillate every couple days. Our plants don’t appreciate it, but I’m trying to remind myself that I’ll be craving a cold day or two come July.

Obviously I’ve been a bad little blogger at keeping up with posting my Project 365 pics. They are still alive though, and being collected in another project. Some of them just didn’t make sense for this blog; others I will continue to post here in the ‘life’ category.
